Tracey Louper has 30 years of experience in dog training and behavior. She is a professional behavioral consultant, and she helps clients privately with her business Ain’t Misbehavin’. She also conducts group classes with the Davis Dog Training Club, in Davis, California. She has trained and worked search-and-rescue dogs and now trains dogs in canine sports. Most recently she has assisted Yolo County, California with a large animal cruelty case. Previously, Tracey has worked with Yolo County Animal Services as an employee of the Yolo County SPCA and as an Animal Control Officer.

Cathy Toft has over a decade of experience in dog training. She is a professor at the University of California, Davis, with expertise in animal behavior. She enjoys training her dogs to work and to compete in dog sports, such as dog agility. She specializes in operant training and working with shy and fearful dogs. She is also active in collie rescue in northern California and nationally with the the Collie Club of America. She has assisted authorities in two large animal cruelty cases involving the hoarding of collies, one in Yolo County, California, and one that took place in Toole County, Montana.
